Billing should be easy to understand.

A plain-English guide to RealtyLens plans, usage caps, upgrades, renewals, cancellations, and invoices.

The Short Version

RealtyLens has two plans: Simple at $10/month and Unlimited at $200/month. Simple is capped for predictable monthly use. Unlimited removes normal product usage caps for heavier workflows.

Money rule: If a capped plan hits a limit, we block the action and tell you why. We do not silently create surprise usage charges.

We cap actions that create real processing, model, data, or storage cost. Exact numeric limits should always be checked in the Billing page inside your account.

Billing FAQ

What are the RealtyLens plans?

RealtyLens has two plans: Simple at $10/month and Unlimited at $200/month. Simple is designed for a focused monthly workflow with caps. Unlimited is for heavier users who do not want product usage caps during normal work.

What does Simple mean?

Simple is $10/month. It includes the core RealtyLens workflow with monthly usage limits. The exact live limits are shown in your account's Billing page.

What does Unlimited mean?

Unlimited is $200/month. RealtyLens does not apply the normal monthly product caps on this plan, though operational limits, security checks, upload-size limits, and abuse protection still apply.

Will I be charged automatically for overages?

No. The capped plan is designed to stop the action when a limit is reached instead of automatically charging extra usage. You can review Billing and decide whether to change plans.

When does usage reset?

Monthly usage resets at the beginning of the next billing period. Account-level caps, such as active saved searches, are based on what is active in your account rather than a monthly reset.

What counts toward usage?

High-cost actions can count toward usage, including video analyses, pricing reports, comps, saved-search refreshes, AI photo checks, photo regeneration, and AI assistant messages.

Can I see my current usage?

Yes. Open Billing from the dashboard to see your current plan, billing-period dates, and usage against each tracked limit.

Can plan limits change?

Plan packaging can change over time. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we aim to communicate it before it takes effect.

What happens when I upgrade?

Your account should use the new plan's limits after the billing change is confirmed. If you are mid-workflow, refresh the page after the plan update completes.

Can I cancel?

Yes. When self-serve billing is enabled, cancellation and invoice management will be handled from the Billing area. Access normally continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise at cancellation.

Where do receipts and invoices live?

Receipts and invoices are provided through the billing portal connected to your account. Keep your account email current so billing notices go to the right person.

Who should I contact about billing questions?

Email support@realtylens.co with the account email and a short description of the billing question. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive payment details.
