1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtyLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

RealtyLens is an AI-powered property analysis platform that generates floor plans, condition scores, issue detection, and listing copy from walkthrough videos. The service is designed for real estate professionals as a listing preparation tool.

3. Not a Home Inspection

RealtyLens is not a substitute for a licensed home inspection. Our AI analyzes visible surface conditions from video footage. It does not evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, or other systems that require physical access and professional licensing.

Users should not rely on RealtyLens reports as the sole basis for property purchase decisions, pricing, or condition disclosures required by law. A licensed home inspector should be engaged for formal property transactions.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring you have the right to upload videos of properties you analyze
Complying with applicable real estate laws and regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload videos of properties without authorization
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Misrepresent AI-generated reports as licensed inspections or professional appraisals
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
Resell or redistribute RealtyLens reports without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of videos you upload. RealtyLens retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and analysis methodology. Reports generated from your videos are licensed to you for use in your real estate business.

7. Pricing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

RealtyLens provides AI-generated analysis on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of condition scores, repair cost estimates, value estimates, or listing copy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and stored data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RealtyLens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
