RealtyLens floor plans accurately capture room count, adjacency, and connection types. Dimension estimates are approximate and based on visual analysis — they're ideal for listing prep and buyer orientation, not architectural or construction purposes.
Standard smartphone video (1080p) works well. Walk at a normal pace, show doorways as you transition between rooms, and try to capture each room for at least 10–15 seconds.
The floor plan is delivered as an SVG file, which you can open and edit in any vector editor. Room labels, dimensions, and layout can be adjusted as needed.
For listing purposes — showing buyers the layout and flow of a property — AI floor plans are an excellent and cost-effective option. For architectural, legal, or construction use, a licensed surveyor's plan is still recommended.
